COVID PRECAUTIONS
November 9, 2020

After reviewing the state public health order, and discussing with others we have decided the following.
Events
We will be rescheduling the upcoming Jamboree, and men’s tournament. The Jamboree is going to be rescheduled for Fri. Nov. 27-Sat. Nov. 28. We will lock in those dates and plan to do it unless by mandate we are unable. Games will be played all day Friday and Saturday. Refunds will be given to teams who wish to cancel and will always be given for events cancelled due to COVID-19. We will do our part to find out what protocol need to be in place to be able to do the event and will have that information out to everyone prior to the event. We are guessing that may mean no spectators. Please email us if your team wishes to withdraw from the Jamboree and we will issue a refund.
Facility Usage- Practices, Court Rentals, Group Training
Practices and sporting instruction are not generally considered “organized sporting events.” So we will continue having those IF the following guidelines are followed:
Teams can have controlled instructional practice with the players maintaining distance. No scrimmages will be allowed or physical contact.
Group training will be limited to 10 per session and we will be spacing out players in the session. Our training sessions for our packages do not expire so anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable coming right now can use their training sessions later.
Open Gym
There will be no open gym until further notice.
Masks
Players who are exercising are not required to wear a mask but anyone who is not must wear a mask. Coachs and trainers and any players not exercising must wear a mask and maintain distance from each other.
We will be doing our part to clean, enforce the wearing of masks, and social distance. In a 30,000 sq. ft facility there is plenty of space to distance between athletes.
Everyone is responsible to adhere to the guidelines put in place. All who participate do so at their own risk.
