Once you purchase the package on the website, you can then book your training session at the link found below. Group training sessions are available to book online. For Individual training you will need to contact us or the coach to set up your session. After you have booked your session you will use a bar code to check in to your session at the gym.

SUMMER PROGRAM

Nets On Fire Summer Training Program is for all ages and skill levels beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each player will get a skills assessment,12 sessions of high level training focused on all the fundamental aspects of the game including offensive, defensive, and basketball IQ development. They will also get to train on the new Dr. Dish shooting machines and have fun competing on the leaderboards and shoot for the 10,000 club! Get 10,000 shots up this Summer and get a 10k club t-shirt!

GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES

Group Training- Players will train in a small group, broken up by skill level. Training is focused on basketball fundamentals, skill building, improving basketball IQ, and mental aspects of the game. Trainers break down proper form and technique and modify moves to match each players skill level. Ideal for interaction with other players and still small enough to get individual feedback and coaching. First group training session is free.
